There are a lot of areas to serve at Legacy Church. We believe serving is for the benefit of the church and those who serve. We believe you’ll find serving at Legacy to be a life-giving and fulfilling opportunity. Check out the areas you can serve below and fill out our interest form at the bottom to speak to one of our team leaders.

  • Primarily serving during our Sunday morning services, this team helps ensure a welcoming environment by assisting people with finding seats, occasional offering collection, and maintaining a distraction free environment during services.

  • This team warmly greets guests and regulars as they come onto campus. They direct people to the appropriate check-in station or the sanctuary, as well as assuring everyone who attends Legacy Church has a stress-free experience by knowing where to go and what to expect.

  • This team uses creativity and technology to ensure that everyone is able to effectively participate in worship at Legacy Church in person or online. This team assists in creating and producing content such as, but not limited to: photos & videos. Opportunity for graphic design, merchandise branding & creation, and social media management is available upon further inquiry.

  • This team serves to provide a safe environment for those attending Legacy Church by canvasing the grounds, helping with potential slip hazards and alerting proper authorities should a situation become harmful to anyone in attendance.

  • This team is made up of our Community Group Leaders and entails leading a group that meets during the year here at Legacy Church. See Pastor Nathan Cobb if you are interested in leading a group.

  • This team prepares the way for all to encounter the Presence of God through worship by way of music and song. Vocal and/or musical instrument gifting required.

  • This team seeks to help the people of Legacy Church that need assistance and/or care. This team assists with grocery pickup, phone check-ins, limited transportation to and from appointments, hospital visitation, prayer, and care cards.

  • This team serves on Sunday mornings at the “Connect Center” located in the sanctuary foyer. This team assists with handing out Glad Bags, guest interaction and gathering guest information, and with pointing people in the right direction of check-ins, bathrooms, the mother’s room, the chapel, etc.

  • This team receives the weekly prayer list and takes time to pray over the needs listed. This team will also receive periodical prayer requests that need prayerful attention. Prayer is the backbone that holds us in relationship with our Father and moves the heart God to intervene in our situations.

Opportunities to serve the next generation:

  • This team creates a fun-filled environment where kids ages K-6th grade can grow in their knowledge about God and their relationship with Him. This ministry team intentionally invests in the lives of children through teaching, worship, skits, greeting, games, and more!

  • This team leads infants through pre-k into a relationship with Jesus through Bible teaching, worship, prayer, fun-filled activities, and personal interactions. (We ask those who have children in early-childhood to serve once per month.)

  • This team welcomes families as they arrive to our kids and nursery areas and helps ensure a safe, quick, and efficient check-in process.

  • This team pours into the next generation of junior high and high school students through fun and exciting worship experiences, connect groups, mission trips, and life-changing retreats.
